1:15 Dynamic Warm up

1:30-2:30 Mass Ball Handling

2:30-3:35 Team Practice’s for Squaw Cup

3:35-5:35 Free Time Activities

5:35-6:35 Dinner

6:35-8:35 Squaw Cup Games

8:35-11:00 Cool Down Free

11:00 Lights OUT!
